Common questions
How much does worker accommodation cost?
We do not publish a fixed price, because it depends on the district, the type of housing and the services you need. We send it to you in writing once we understand your team’s needs.
What does one contract cover?
Waha runs the housing in full, and the bed price covers beds and lockers, shared kitchens for residents, air conditioning, internet, electricity and water, regular cleaning, maintenance, supervision and operation. Catering and transport are added to the same contract if you want them, and you receive one invoice.
When will I receive the quotation?
After we contact you and understand your team’s needs. It arrives in writing and states the proposed district, the price for each type of housing, and what the price includes and excludes. We confirm availability when you sign.
Is there a minimum team size?
We set no minimum. In the request, choose an approximate range for your team size, or enter the exact number if you know it. We serve companies and organisations only, and the contract is made in the company’s name.
Which cities do you serve?
We serve companies where their projects are, and you can set your preferred city, area and district in the request. Serving a city does not mean we have an office there.
